MVP Development for Founders

We design, build and launch the first version of your product as one fixed-scope project. You agree the features and the quote before we start, see working software every week, and own all the code at the end.

Who this is for

Founders usually come to us when

The MVP offer combines our design, engineering and AI services into one fixed project.

  • You have an idea and no technical co-founder

You know the problem and the customers. We turn that into a scope, a design and a working product you can sell.

  • Your feature list keeps growing

Every conversation adds features and the launch date slips. We help you cut to the smallest version that tests your main assumption.

  • You need something real for investors or pilots

A slide deck is no longer enough. You need a product early customers can use and pay for.

  • A previous build stalled

A freelancer or agency left you with half a product. We review what exists, keep what is usable and finish a launchable version.

What you get

What the MVP package includes

One team covers design, engineering and launch, so you deal with one contact and one plan.

  • Written scope and feature cut

The core user journey, the features that support it and an explicit list of what waits for version two.

  • UX and UI design

User flows, key screens and a clickable prototype, approved by you before development starts.

  • Web or mobile app

A working product with sign-up, the core feature set, an admin panel and payments if you need them.

  • AI features where they help

LLM-powered features such as search, drafting or extraction when they are central to the product, tested on real examples.

  • Analytics and launch setup

Product analytics, error tracking, hosting, a domain and a production deployment you control.

  • Handover pack

Source code in your repository, account access, technical documentation and a recorded walkthrough for your future team.

Process

From idea to launched MVP

A fixed scope, weekly demos and a launch date agreed at the start.

See how we work
  1. Free discovery call

We talk through your idea, users and budget, and tell you honestly whether an MVP is the right next step. You receive a short summary of what we heard and suggest.

  2. Scope and quote

We agree the core journey and cut everything else to a later list. You receive a written scope, a week-by-week plan and a fixed-scope quote.

  3. Design

We design the flows and key screens and test them with a few target users. You receive an approved clickable prototype.

  4. Build with weekly demos

We build in one-week cycles on a staging site you can open at any time. You receive a demo and progress note every week.

  5. Launch and first month

We release to production and watch how the first users behave. You receive the live product, the handover pack and 30 days of bug fixes.

MVP development FAQ

How much does an MVP cost?

It depends on the core journey, the platforms and any integrations. After a free discovery call we write a scope and give you a fixed-scope quote, and we will suggest cuts if the first version does not fit your budget.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

We scope most MVPs to launch in 6 to 12 weeks, including design. If the scope needs longer, we look for a smaller first release before anything else.

What if we need to change the scope during the build?

Changes are normal once you see working software. We swap a new feature for one of similar size, or quote the addition separately, and agree it in writing before we build it.

Will the MVP be thrown away later?

It should not be. We build on a mainstream stack with tests and documentation, so you can grow the same codebase. Some shortcuts are fine at MVP stage, and we list them in the handover notes.

Can you help us decide what goes into the MVP?

Yes, that is the first part of the work. We help you pick the one journey that tests your main assumption and move everything else to a later list.

Who owns the product and code?

You do. The code is in your repository from day one, accounts are in your name, and all code and IP transfer to you once the invoices are paid.
