Who we are

Our registered office is at No 192, Whitefield Main Road, B Narayanapura, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru 560048, Karnataka, India We are responsible for the personal information described here. What we collect

• This website has no forms and no advertising trackers.
• If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, your approximate location (country or city), device and browser, and clicks on links such as booking a call. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google.
• Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
• When you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com. We receive the details you enter there, typically your name, email and any notes.
• When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send.

Cookies

We only set cookies if you accept analytics: Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_KPG5PEZWFW to tell visits apart, for up to two years. Your choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browser data.

How we use it

• To reply to you, hold the call you booked and follow up on your project.
• To keep the website running and secure.
• With your consent, to understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the above possible: Vercel (hosting), Cal.com (bookings), Google (analytics, only with your consent) and our email provider. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

Client project data

Information you share with us during a project, under an NDA or contract, is handled under that agreement, not this website policy.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and booking details for as long as we are in conversation or working together, and delete them on request unless we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the EU/UK GDPR. Email info@niyamix.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we add a newsletter or anything else that changes what we collect, we will update this page and the date below before it goes live.
