Services
We design and build web applications, SaaS products, internal tools and APIs around how your business actually runs. You get working software every week and the full source code in your own repository.
Where we help
Most projects start with one of these. If yours looks different, tell us on the first call.
Your team runs the business on spreadsheets, three SaaS subscriptions and copy-paste between them. We build the one tool that matches your process and connects the data you already have.
You know the market and the users, but you have no developers yet. We take the idea from a written scope to a product people can sign up for and pay for.
Releases break things, the original developers have left and every change takes weeks. We audit the code, fix what blocks you first and set up tests and deployment so changes stop being risky.
Your engineers are busy with the core product and a second project keeps slipping. We take a clearly scoped piece of work and deliver it inside your repository, following your conventions.
What we build
Every project ships with the source code, a deployment pipeline and written documentation for whoever maintains it next.
Multi-tenant web apps with sign-up, roles and permissions, subscription billing, admin panels and the usage tracking you need to run a software business.
Customer portals, booking and ordering systems, dashboards and marketplaces, built to load fast on a phone and to meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility.
Back-office apps for operations, sales and finance teams that replace spreadsheets, with audit logs and access control.
REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks and connections to the payment, CRM, ERP and messaging systems you already pay for.
iOS and Android apps from a shared React Native codebase when your users need offline use, push notifications or the camera.
Moving a legacy app to a current stack one module at a time, so the business keeps running while the old system is retired.
Process
Short iterations, a demo every week and nothing you have to take on trust.
A free call about your goals, users, constraints and deadline. You receive a short written summary and our view on whether we are the right team.
We break the work into features, call out the risky parts and agree on what the first release includes. You receive a written scope, a timeline and a fixed-scope quote.
We build in one-week cycles and show working software at the end of each one. You receive a demo, a staging link and a short progress note every week.
We set up production hosting, monitoring and backups, then release. You receive a live product, admin access to every account and handover documentation.
We fix launch issues and help you plan the next release based on what real users do. You receive bug fixes for 30 days after launch and a prioritized list for the next phase.
Tech stack
We pick mainstream, well-documented tools so you can hire for them later. If you already have a stack, we use yours.
It depends on the number of features, integrations and user roles. After a free discovery call we write a scope and give you a fixed-scope quote for the first release, so you know the cost before any work starts.
A focused first release usually fits in 6 to 12 weeks. Larger platforms are split into releases so you have something live early. The written scope includes a week-by-week plan.
You do. The code lives in your repository from the first commit, and all code and IP transfer to you once the invoices for that work are paid.
Yes. We start with a short code review to understand the structure, tests and deployment, then agree on what to fix first. We follow your conventions unless they are causing the problems you hired us for.
Yes. We sign your NDA, or send ours, before you share anything confidential about the product.
We fix launch bugs for 30 days at no extra cost. After that you can keep us on for new features and maintenance, or hand the project to your own team using our documentation.
